| Located on Silver Point Beach, five miles from the Grand Bahama International Airport, the Island Seas Resort is convenient to shopping, dining and nightlife. Two miles from the Port Lucaya Marketplace and just three miles from the International Bazaar, the resort enjoys a beachfront location with easy access to many of the islands most popular areas and attractions. Freeport and Lucaya were designed with tourism in mind, and there exist many duty-free shops and unique wares from around the globe. A sunny, white sand beach is a tropical treat, inviting and unspoiled. Entertainment isnt far away, with casinos, nightclubs, theme parks and plenty of natural attractions and outdoor recreation located on the island. Charter boats book deep-sea fishing expeditions, and there are opportunities available for swimming with dolphins and sharks. Snorkeling and scuba diving are a great way to explore some of the worlds loveliest coral reefs and indigenous marine life, with Deadmans Reef on the islands west end being a popular spot. Lucayan National Park is famous for its limestone caves which provide a fantastic opportunity for spelunking. The resort features a 150-foot long freeform pool with a swim-up bar and a waterfall adjacent to a seven-person jetted tub.
