As an owner and if you live nearby, All Seasons Resort, permits you to use their facilities (BBQs, bathrooms, POOL and beach) without staying in the unit or relinquishing any weeks, AT NO EXTRA CHARGE! Making it a comfortable getaway, DAY stay, at the beach! The unit comes with full size kitchen with a dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, full size refrigerator, stove and oven, fully equipped with all utensils you may need. This unit conveniently has washer and dryer which means less luggage to carry. It also sleeps 6 comfortably, with a pull out queen sofa sleeper in living room! There is an elevator that will take you up to third floor (unit 303), which has a TV in every room and even ocean view! This year falling July 3-10 Holiday week, usually having fireworks on Beach! If you decide you don't want to use it this year, when banking it, II usually gives you an extra BONUS week! I will consider trading for a live well, pontoon! Also payments and price NEGOTIABLE! I will also throw in 2 BANKED weeks! So the price will be for 3 weeks (only ONE deeded) and possible 5 weeks if you bank this years week! Please send your offers!
