You can use one side or the other, or both. The A side is the bigger side, w/ a king bed, pullout couch, full kitchen, lg bath w/ jacuzzi. The B side is smaller, with a queen bed, queen pullout couch, partial kitchen w/ stove top (no oven), smaller bath. This unit is a 2 bdrm Elite, and it sleeps 8. We own it in the red season, which is the longest time, every other yr. Additionally, there are two ways the unit can be used. It can be used as detailed above, every other year, or it can be used every year as a one bedroom unit. You can join RCI and have trading access to timeshares all over the world. Also, we have banked two one-bedroom units for 2005 and 2007. All of this will be included.
