I SELL MY WESTGATE LAKES TIME SHARE 4 BEDROOM/4 BATHROOM IN ORLANDO, FLORIDA, AT A REALLY LOW PRICE! SO CHEAP YOU CAN NOT FIND ANYTHING SIMILAR IN ANY OTHER PLACE!
If today you would like to buy my 4 bedroom- 4 bathroom Grand Villa from Westgate Resorts in the beautiful Westgate Lakes, 5 star resort, the price you would have to pay would be of $26,400 ( I confirmed the price talking with a seller from the company a few days ago).
The price I paid in 2001 was $15,900. It does not have any debt or mortgage. The maintenance fees are already paid until January 2012 and I sell it with a subscription to Interval International included that allows you to Exchange this unit for any other, in any time of the year and in any country of the world.
My incredible low price is only $8,900 cash, the third part of what you would pay now if buying directly from Westgate!
To see the unlimited Exchange options you can visit www.intervalworld.com and click on the Resort Directory at the bottom of the page. As a Westgate Resort’s owner you may deposit your week on Interval and you get hundreds of Exchange options for a time frame of three years after you made the deposit.
This means that you and your family can travel wherever you want exchanging the week on the Interval International website and obtaining one or two weeks a year depending on the size of the unit you need to reserve for each occasion.
For example: One week of a Grand Villa of 4 bedrooms- 4 bathrooms may be exchanged for 4 Studios (one week per studio) that are units for 4 people, or for 2 weeks in 2 villas of 2 bedrooms each (for 8 people each one). The best part of the system is its flexibility. If you can not travel one year, you can deposit all your weeks for the next one and to get a longer vacation or 2 vacations in one year!
