| Here are some more information I could not put up above. In april 2008 you will get 216,000 bonus points that can be used at any wyndham resort. These are in addition to the 168,000 started Jan 1 08. those points I banked 154,000 in RCI that you can use at any RCI affiliated timeshare (and there are a lot.) and the other 14,000 I banked in wyndham so you have up to 3 years to use the points in wyndham properties (and there are a good amount of those since wyndham and Fairfield combined.) Please consider this time share and will entertain offers:) However if you pay the asking price I will pay the July 430 maintenance fee so your next maintenance fee will not be until July 09.
