This for 427,000 annual points.. Deed is @ the Grand Desert in Las Vegas / but because of the deed location & point system you can go just about anywhere!!! We have been to Hawaii, Las Vegas, Gatlinburg TN, Orlando, Williamsburg VA, Washington DC, Myrtle Beach & even a cruise -- plus other locations. Every trip has been a blessing -- Wyndham resorts are VERY nice.

We have stayed in everything from a Presidential Suite to a Studio. Regardless of what size room you have -- you can count on it being clean/nice and equiped!! AND the resorts have activities available and in some cases transportation. We have also used our points to help fund air & car transportation.
