| Unit #1409 is on the 14th floor and is a large 1 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath unit facing the Intracoastal waterway where you can sit on the balcony and watch the sunset over the many yachts in the harbor below. This unit has been completely remodeled from top to bottom in 2007 with wooden cabinets in the kitchen and baths with granite counter tops and fine finishes throughout the designer units. The appliances and everything else is new in 2007. The assessments have been paid and the remodeled units are comparable to any luxury resort in the area. You will appreciate the hurricane impact windows for safety and the very spacious floor plan with open kitchen. The staff is very friendly and have been there for years. I have stayed here for years and enjoyed it much. I am selling because I now own too many timeshares and have not enough time to enjoy them. If youd like to rent before you buy that can be arranged for $700 for the week. That just recoups my maintenance fee and you can see what a great place this is. |

| The Fort lauderdale beach resort is located on the Florida Intracoastal waterway. The resort is full service and has a gym, wi-fi, pool, parking, laundry, sauna, hot tub, limited service restaurant, high rise with ocean and city/intracoastal views. Next to trendy restaurants and just 2 blocks to a lovely beach. Located near Fort Lauderdales water taxi and also near Galeria mall which is an upscale mall with restaurants such as PF Changs, Blue Martini, Mexican, Italian and others. There is also a movie theatre nearby as well as historic homes next door and a state park just down the street. Great area to bike ride or roller blade. You can also rent boats and fish on the Intracoastal. There are also video rentals and full concierge services where you can make reservations for nearby attractions. This is a great resort now that everything is new. This week is a red week and trades very well with rci or interval. VRI manages this resort and gives discounts to owners in their other resorts. |
