Each 2 bedroom unit features 1 master bedroom with private bath, a guest room with twin beds, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Each villa also comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, range, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer & dryer, cooking utensils and dishware. In addition, each villa comes equipped with all towels, bed linen, 2 TVs, tape, cd player and VCR. FREE pier fishing up to four persons daily! Elevator recently installed!

Off season (November-March) owners may exchange their week internally for any other week within the November-March time frame (excluding Holidays) based on availability. Weeks may also be traded for a number of mini stays (2or3 nights) within the above time frame based upon availability. |
